A company is looking for a MO Real Estate Signing Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies
• Thoroughly review real estate documents to ensure they meet legal requirements
• Apply electronic notarial acts to documents after witnessing the signing process online

Required Qualifications

• NNA Certified
• Minimum of six months RON experience
• Minimum of one year experience as a commissioned Notary
• Minimum of one year experience working with loan or real estate documents
• Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course
