Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance policies and additional products
• Provide expert knowledge of products and services to ensure customers have appropriate coverage
• Demonstrate empathy and care for customers setting up new claims after accidents

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
• For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required, with training provided for those not already licensed
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Must have a designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet access
