Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release of Information HIM Rep 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Answers patient, provider, and third-party phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and accurate information
• Processes verbal and written requests for medical records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Retrieves and distributes patient health records and assists external care providers with electronic access as needed

Required Qualifications

• A.A./A.S. in Health Information Management or related field, or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience in a health information management department or related field
• Two years in Health Information Management, medical office, or comparable work experience or education
• Working knowledge of EHR systems
