Mercier Consultancy is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Smart Home Technology Department for one of our clients. In this pivotal entry level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to smart home products and services.

Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial in helping customers navigate our product offerings, troubleshoot issues, and understand the features of their smart home devices. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless experience in adopting smart home technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology inquiries
  • Assist customers with product information, installation guidance, and troubleshooting assistance
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Document all customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to ensure effective service delivery
  • Gather customer feedback to improve our products and services
  • Stay updated on the latest smart home technology trends and offerings
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on technology products
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in technology or retail, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely resolutions
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Genuine interest in smart home technology and helping customers maximize their experience
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
