Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Sales Manager for the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Mid-Market sellers, developing customized sales strategies for the Nordics Markets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Mid-Market segment
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new Account Executives while providing mentorship and performance evaluations to the team

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Sales with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven track record of success in sales management
• Experience in leading and coaching through value-driven sales cycles
• Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
• Motivated to challenge traditional sales models and optimize sales processes
