Mental Health Response Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Response Services Coordinator (PRN).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outreach via phone, email, and text to patients needing mental health support
• Utilize the Columbia Suicide screening tool to assess risk levels and provide appropriate support
• Maintain documentation of patient communications and collaborate with staff and emergency services for patient safety

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, nursing, social work, or a related field
• 2+ years of behavioral health experience
• Flexibility and adaptability to a growing program
• Passion for using technology to improve access to behavioral health services
• Current MSW and counseling students are encouraged to apply
