Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist - Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new members through a personalized onboarding process and address their inquiries
• Manage the end-to-end ACAT transfer process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Provide ad-hoc support to members while maintaining thorough documentation of interactions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or member experience, preferably in financial services
• Experience with white glove service or high-touch client management
• Strong understanding of investment account transfers, particularly ACATs
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
