Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
  • Design and develop strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
  • Implement new campaigns and manage existing ones to enhance client satisfaction and performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
  • 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
  • Market knowledge of AI and telephony solutions like Amazon Connect
