A company is looking for a Director of Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop support strategies and document best practices for client campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
  • 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare and Marketplace
  • Experience with technology solutions relevant to sales operations, including telephony systems
