Medicare Dental Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Dental Program Manager IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of Medicare Supplemental dental, vision, and hearing benefits, including CMS filing guides and contract negotiations
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring project planning, management, and execution meet established standards
• Manage project teams, create executive level communications, and prepare strategic analyses of business opportunities and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required
• Experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects or supervisory experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required
• Healthcare and/or managed care experience preferred; Dental Vendor Management experience highly desired
