Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Assistant to provide administrative support for Mortgage Loan Originators.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform administrative support functions for assigned Mortgage Loan Originator(s) until application submission
• Follow up with borrowers for required documentation and respond to their questions related to loan status
• Utilize marketing tools to assist in growing the Mortgage Loan Originator's business

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in administrative support activities
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required
• Previous mortgage assistant or Mortgage Loan Originator experience preferred
• Experience in qualifying a buyer
