Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nursing Supervisor - Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care and ensure adherence to nursing practices and standards
• Act as the off-shift patient care representative, addressing patient and family concerns
• Collaborate with support services and clinical teams to coordinate patient care and resolve environmental issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) state license required
• 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience required
• 2-3 years of lead nursing experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
