Key Responsibilities

• Support customer inquiries through various communication channels

• Adhere to service level agreements and maintain communication regarding multiple tasks

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or caretaker experience
• Ability to communicate IRS benefits in layman's terms
• Must have a great phone personality and enjoy helping people
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Consistent attendance is crucial and will be monitored
