Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across its Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize a centralized project intake process and workflow templates
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline repeatable work and reduce friction in execution
• Maintain visibility into project status and develop reporting cadences and dashboards for senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in program/project management or marketing operations
• Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms (SalesForce and Pardot preferred)
• Expertise with project/workflow management tools (Wrike preferred)
• Comfortable managing multiple projects with competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience, both internally and externally
