Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marcom Operations Specialist to support the Marketing Communications Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and operational KPIs
• Assist with marketing technology integrations and enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Document and improve MarCom processes, creating templates and training materials for consistency

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, business analysis, or project coordination
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM, CMS, or BI tools preferred
• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities
• Curious and collaborative, eager to learn in a dynamic team environment
