Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own MarOps request intake, prioritize workflows, and manage task coordination across campaigns and programs
• Track project timelines, surface blockers, and ensure momentum across all marketing operations workstreams
• Support tech stack initiatives by coordinating platform rollouts, upgrades, and integrations in partnership with the Marketing Technology team

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead flow processes
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and intake processes
• Hands-on experience with campaign execution and operational tasks
• Experience with project management tools
