What You Will Be Doing

Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and profitability of product categories in the online marketplace.

Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with marketing, operations, and technology teams to achieve category objectives.

Conduct in-depth market analysis, identifying opportunities for expansion and product assortment enhancement.

Analyze and optimize the customer journey, product presentation, and conversion rates.

Mentor and guide junior category management professionals.

You’ll Be Great For This Role If

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as an E-commerce Category Manager or similar role.

In-depth understanding of e-commerce dynamics and digital marketing.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
