A company is looking for a Marketing & Sales Operations Manager to oversee tools, processes, and reporting for their go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and their integrations
• Drive clean lead routing, lifecycle management, and attribution reporting across platforms
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track funnel performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of marketing operations experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Strong experience with Salesforce and its integration with marketing systems
• Familiarity with API tools such as Zapier or similar platforms
• Deep experience with HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and campaign execution
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
