Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Operations to build and maintain the full lead-to-revenue pipeline in HubSpot
• Lead the design and implementation of MQL and SQL definitions, and develop an intelligent lead scoring model
• Build and maintain attribution reporting to track campaign effectiveness and ROI across channels

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations with hands-on ownership of HubSpot
• Experience with AI tools for marketing automation or predictive analytics
• Proven experience managing marketing-to-sales handoff workflows
• Strong understanding of digital performance metrics across various channels
• Experience managing marketing campaign projects in Asana or similar tools
