• Coordinate annual marketing budgeting planning and manage the allocation of the marketing budget

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Marketing Operations experience in a B2B tech or professional services environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or an MBA preferred
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce
• Working knowledge of data visualization software and digital KPIs
• Experience leading a team and developing training plans for professional development
