Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to join their Marketing Operations team for Credit Cards.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate product update communication with client partners and manage scheduling needs
• Coordinate compliance requests and manage client approval requests for merchandising changes
• Assist with product updates in proprietary databases and support operations improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, compliance, and/or account management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Creative problem-solving skills for workflow improvement
