Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the master content and campaign calendar across channels and teams
• Maintain internal project trackers, launch timelines, and status boards
• Coordinate team meetings, set agendas, document notes, and ensure clear action items

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in marketing operations, project/program management, or a similar coordination-heavy role
• Experience working in or with B2B marketing teams (healthcare or SaaS a plus)
• Comfortable managing project workflows using tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Airtable, Trello, or Notion
• Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms and basic campaign reporting is a bonus
