Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to join their team focused on Credit Cards.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate product update communication with client partners, including confirmation and scheduling
• Maintain the product updates calendar and coordinate compliance requests between client partners and internal teams
• Assist with product updates in databases and support operations for the credit cards team as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, compliance, and/or account management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Creative problem-solving skills for improving workflows
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
