Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Lead (First marketing hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, activation, and retention
• Design and execute profitable marketing campaigns across various online channels
• Own and grow the social media strategy and analytics, leveraging data to track key metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in the veterinary or pet industry
• Proven experience in setting up systems and implementing marketing platforms
• Deep understanding of quantitative functions related to acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Proficiency with modern marketing platforms such as Google Analytics and social media advertising tools
• Experience working at a startup or small company is a plus
