Required Qualifications

• 5 years of management/supervisory experience in business, military, or related fields
• 5 years of experience with responsibility for financial results, including sales and profitability
• 5 years of retail management experience in customer service or sales
• 3 years of multi-unit management experience
• Prior experience in new business development and local market strategies
