Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Merchant Success Managers to drive merchant growth, retention, and satisfaction
• Coach team members to create exceptional customer experiences and achieve development goals
• Develop strategic account plans and manage escalations effectively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
• At least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in eCommerce or logistics
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members
• Experience in building relationships with senior stakeholders
• Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations
