Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mainframe Application Support (z/OS) specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT incident, service change, and service management processes to ensure smooth IT operations
• Perform problem management activities to enhance IT service quality and resolve issues promptly
• Administer Control-M for zOS applications, including installation, configuration, and integration

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a mainframe environment
• Preferred college degree
• Working knowledge of IT incident management and service management
• Experience with Control-M (zOS and distributed) application administration
• Ability to understand a large-scale 24/7 production environment
