Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee successful implementation of health plan ecosystems, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to budget and timelines
• Manage program management plans, including RACI matrix and RAID Log, to deliver high-quality solutions
• Coordinate with vendors and project managers to manage budgets and ensure compliance with standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a technical field
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in IT or Healthcare Management
• Experience in managing complex programs and ecosystems
• Healthcare payor experience is required
• Experience with Agile tools and methodologies is preferred
