Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, lock, extend, and revise mortgage loan rate lock requests
• Oversee accurate monthly and daily reporting of lock-related activity
• Monitor loan pipelines and take appropriate actions while updating departmental policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, or Finance preferred
• 1-3 years of Secondary Markets experience required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Must be data-driven and analytical
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
