Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Live Tech Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time technical support to our clients through our live chat platform. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and help them resolve any technical issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to client inquiries and technical issues through our live chat platform in a timely and professional manner

– Troubleshoot and provide solutions for a variety of technical problems, including hardware, software, and network issues

– Monitor chat queues and prioritize tasks to ensure all client inquiries are addressed promptly

– Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues for future reference

– Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate cases when necessary

– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology to provide the best possible support to our clients

– Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance our processes and systems

Qualifications:

– 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role

– Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware

– Excellent communication and customer service skills

– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

– Familiarity with live chat platforms and CRM systems is a plus

– A relevant degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field is preferred

– Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
