Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Lifecycle Campaign Manager to lead multi-channel marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and retention
• Identify key moments in the customer lifecycle to introduce relevant products and guide behaviors
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
• Deep understanding of integrated B2B lifecycle marketing strategies
• Proven track record of executing cross-sell and upsell campaigns with measurable revenue impact
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing initiatives
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot and Braze
