Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate digital marketing touchpoints across the customer lifecycle
• Design and run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and segmentation
• Coordinate closely with Product Management and marketing teams to align messaging with user journeys

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing in a SaaS or digital-first environment
• Proven track record of creating and optimizing email campaigns
• Experience with A/B testing and personalization strategies
• Strong technical execution skills using CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring lifecycle performance
