Conduct comprehensive assessments of users' needs for non-medical counseling and work/life services
Mentor new and less experienced triage consultants and ensure calls meet service standards
Deescalate callers and respond to high-risk cases while documenting all interactions in the Case Management System
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related fields
Minimum 1-year related post-graduate work experience
Contact/call center experience preferred
Knowledge of mandated procedures for child or elder abuse situations
Experience in counseling, social work, and mental health services is preferred
