Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide brief, evidence-based virtual counseling for low to moderate acuity patients with acute mental health conditions
• Develop and document comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing diagnostic materials to identify symptoms and create therapeutic strategies
• Attend staff meetings for case discussions and quality improvement, and maintain patient documentation in accordance with service standards

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution
• Two years of post-graduate experience as a Clinical Social Worker using virtual platforms
• Current, active, valid, unrestricted clinical license to practice Clinical Social Work independently
• Must fulfill credentialing requirements and maintain appropriate clinical privileges
• Must obtain and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
