Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Program Trainer to provide training and support for mental health programs serving military members and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job and virtual training for counselors and specialty consultants
• Conduct critical incident and duty to warn trainings
• Analyze training status reports to ensure compliance with personnel certifications and training requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral/mental health counseling from an accredited institution
• Unrestricted mental health or social work license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and leading training programs for call center or behavioral health operations
• Proficiency in electronic learning systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to pass background checks and credential verification
