Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Clinical Wellbeing Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with members to assess their personal wellbeing and coordinate appropriate care
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety planning, coordinating with emergency personnel as needed
• Develop individualized action plans and provide case management services based on clinical history and needs

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Clinician with a Master's degree in a relevant field or an RN with 3+ years of behavioral health experience
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license
• Ability to work any of the 8.5-hour shift schedules during business hours, with occasional overtime as needed
• Designated workspace and access to secure high-speed internet
