Job Summary

A company is looking for a Correspondence Specialist III to manage provider and member correspondence for preservice and concurrent review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and process correspondence from EMR documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Update and maintain correspondence templates and coordinate data collection and reporting activities related to the denial process
  • Assist the denial team in identifying root causes of denial issues and act as a trainer for team members
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the denials process and medical record information is preferred
  • Ability to comply with all policies and standards
  • Flexibility to work Sunday-Thursday from 12:00pm-9:00pm CST
