Legal Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex fund formation launches and translate legal terms into scalable workflows
• Design Legal Success Program playbooks and health scores for internal standards
• Own law firm relationships and coordinate demos to increase client engagement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years' direct fund formation experience as an attorney, legal associate, or senior paralegal
• 2+ years in client success, account management, or legal project management
• Working knowledge of venture, private equity, or hedge fund structures and relevant regulations
• Executive presence for running QBRs with senior legal professionals
• Experience with SaaS or fintech solutions is a plus
