Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lease Analyst to manage financial administration of corporate leases and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret lease contracts to ensure compliance with financial obligations
• Administer lease billing/payment activities, including reviewing rental costs and processing invoices
• Resolve discrepancies and disputes related to rental accounts and maintain compliance with lease agreements

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial leasing, contract administration, or related fields
• Experience with lease management systems/databases
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and SharePoint
• Understanding of ASC 842 lease accounting standard is preferred
• Location requirement: Ideal candidate should reside in Wisconsin
