Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain records of accounts receivable, including receipts, claims, and overdue invoices
• Apply incoming cash receipts and wire payments to the appropriate general ledger accounts
• Compute interest charges, process refunds, and perform periodic and month-end balancing and reporting activities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of experience with cash posting & reconciliation operations in a healthcare setting
• 1+ years of experience with lock box reconciliation and electronic remittance posting
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
• Experience in customer-oriented roles
