Job Summary

A company is looking for an L&D Specialist, Home Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions for onboarding and mentorship of HCAM and CSM teams
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and reporting
• Collaborate with L&D and leadership to ensure training materials are current and aligned with business needs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales training experience or equivalent
• Experience delivering training in a remote environment for groups of 10-12
• Passion for learning and supporting team member development
• Proficient in MS Office and Google product suites
• Experience in conducting virtual training and presentations
