Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - SFDC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage training materials, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions and manage the implementation of course curriculum
• Gather participant feedback and review adoption metrics to drive tool adoption

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Program Manager, preferably with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of SFDC and experience training sales teams
• Background in adult learning, training, and instructional design
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and Google Suite
