Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in user research or related fields, with 3-5 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated impact on complex, technical products through an extensive research portfolio
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of research methodologies
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders across various functions
• Experience in fostering a culture of quality, inclusion, and user-centeredness while leading teams
