Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2C mobile product design experience with proven impact on business metrics
• Hands-on experience in conversion, onboarding, activation, or retention
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and measurable outcomes
• Experience in A/B testing and data-informed design optimization
• Deep understanding of user psychology and behavioral drivers
