Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional experience in UX/Product Design, with 5+ years in a leadership or executive-level role
• Proven track record of scaling design teams and delivering impactful user experiences
• Strong expertise in design systems, accessibility, user research, and product strategy
• Experience driving change in fast-paced, agile, or high-growth environments
