Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for MD call processes
• Create, interpret, and monitor Salesforce reports related to prescriptions and call volume
• Prepare and manage technician schedules while supporting department efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• No active performance management or corrective action
• Preferred Certified Pharmacy Technician for ExactCare Pharmacy
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to provide feedback and hold teams accountable to standards
