Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead IBM BAW Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, and project management phases
• Implement business processes using IBM BAW/BPM
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor while developing effective team relationships

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 7+ years of experience with IBM BAW/BPM (19.x, 18.5.x) required; 22+ experience preferred
• 7+ years of programming experience in Java and JavaScript
• Experience with databases such as Oracle/DB2 or MS SQL Server
• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable major
