Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Data Engineer - People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development, design, and maintenance of Data Warehouses and transformational tools
  • Design, build, and manage data pipelines to ensure data accessibility, accuracy, and security
  • Document and maintain data models and metadata management solutions for efficient data use
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant data analytics experience, or a Graduate Degree with 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with Data Pipeline development or ETL tools
  • 2-3 years of experience working with HR data
