Complex Translation Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complex Translation Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data related to Complex Translations and process trouble reports
• Perform data operations, maintain records, and administer trunk groups
• Construct trunk groups, build software interpretations, and test call routing for long distance carriers

Required Qualifications

• Experience with switch translations in Alcatel-Lucent 5ESS, DMS100, DMS10, and/or AXE
• Ability to update records in WFA-C, WMS, WCM, and Dispatch Portal
• Familiarity with 911 Network architecture and NextGen 911 networks
• Knowledge of various technical tools and systems related to telecommunications
• Experience with data entry and maintenance of databases or logs
