Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer (Remote) to design and implement foundational data infrastructure and strategy for analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build data architecture, including data lakehouse and knowledge graph on AWS
• Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation
• Enable AI/ML capabilities by provisioning data and infrastructure for machine learning models

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, including large-scale data pipelines
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database design, with experience in data warehouses or lakehouses
• Fluency in at least one programming language used in data engineering, preferably Python or TypeScript
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
